We know that a successful team building in any organization has many benefits for the business, its clines, whole team and for each members of the team. There is no doubt that every organization what to see its staff members working in a team that obviously, helps it get the work done on time and achieve a great success in its area. It’s a dream of every company to successful build a team, but it always important to have a tight focus on the objectives, goals and the benefits of building a team for its business. All objective at a glance

There are many people, who think that building a team is only about playing sill games, or indulging in expensive and irrelevant out of work activities. Building a team is a process that takes place over time and gets start with a group of corporate people, two or more, and a team leader, who will lead the whole process. And the process comes to the end, where the team performs at high level and they get motivated to perform better and better. Here, the main objectives of building a team of the staff members in an organization are to approach the high performance, develop the group with the help of different stages of development, until the team approaches the high performance. In this process, there are various stages, where each stage has different objectives and goals. When the team leaders focus on the correct objectives at every stage, they become able to approach the high performance of their staff members. Let’s talk about the different objectives at various stages and these go as follows:




First stage: Objectives

The first stage is also known as the forming stage, where the team leader has to make efforts to achieve the identifiable objectives and goals. Here, the team leader plays a fantabulous role to ensure the objectives of building team are met; and for this, he tries to achieve all the goals before moving towards the next stage. The objectives at first stage are as follows:

*    At the first stage the main objective of the team leader to bind the group. In this, all the team members get to know each other very well.

*    Take the staff members on a single platform, where they can share their purpose, goals, and targets.

*    Develop the behavior of the team members, so that a positive environment can be established.



Second stage: Objectives

In the second stage, several of the initial objectives are considered to continue. In this, other objectives are also introduced by the team leader, which to develop the team further. This stage is also known as the storming stage and here, the members challenge their shared purpose and the leadership as well. The objectives at this stage are:

*    To keep the team members stable at the same platform to achieve the goals and tell them the strategies to achiever their targeted goals effectively while being together.

*    To establish the interpersonal relationship among the members of the team, while giving them experience of working with different team members.

*    To generate new ideas and encourage them to solve the problems group problems together.

With different team building activities, business leaders can successfully achiever the above objective and goals of the business.
